Insurance Assistance Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (888) 825-3539 to review your concerns.
Financial Assistance A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $350 are paid in full by cash or check and a 3% adjustment when paid by credit card on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to eighteen months are available based on applicant's credit approval through American General Finance.
